Conflict & capability checkThe Chambers will revert on availability, potential conflicts and fee estimates, typically within two working days.
Step 03 · Conference
Instructing conferenceA conference is arranged at the Chambers or virtually, following receipt of case papers and any prior pleadings.
Step 04 · Engagement
Written confirmationNo attorney-client relationship arises until the engagement is confirmed in writing by both sides.
Step 05 · Representation
Strategy & appearancesThe Chambers will thereafter take conduct of the matter, co-ordinating with instructing solicitors as appropriate.
Step 06 · Post-Matter
Records & post-judgmentPost-judgment advice, appellate review and compliance matters are handled as continuing engagements where so requested.
