Synergies Dooray Automotive — the first-ever § 10 petition.

Argued the first-ever Section 10 petition filed in India under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The matter went on to produce the first resolution plan approved under the Code anywhere in India — foundational precedent on the operation of voluntary CIRP by a corporate applicant.
